Questions

What do I get access to?+
Every approved, published RARE + ELITE program while your membership is active — including programs released after you join. It does not include RARE + ELITE For Her programs, which have their own membership.
How does the founding price work?+
The founding price is for the first 250 paying All Access subscribers. It stays the same while your membership is continuously active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price at that time applies.
Do I need an account?+
Yes. You sign in or create an account before checkout so your purchase is tied to you. Access turns on only after the payment is confirmed.
How does billing work?+
Prices are in US dollars. There’s no free trial. All Access renews automatically each month or year until you cancel; a single program is a one-time payment.
How do I cancel All Access?+
Cancel any time before your next renewal from the Billing page or by emailing coach@rareandelite.com. Future charges stop and your access continues through the period you’ve paid for. There are no prorated refunds. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
What if a renewal payment fails?+
We retry up to three times over seven days and let you know. If the final attempt fails, paid access pauses until the payment is resolved. See the Membership and Billing Terms.
Can I get a refund?+
Digital programs and membership payments are non-refundable once access is provided, except where required by law or when we confirm a billing error. Details are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
What equipment do I need?+
The Complete Physique is written for a gym with barbells, dumbbells, cables and common machines. Some exercises list approved substitutions.
What experience level is it for?+
It’s an intermediate program for people who already know the basic lifts. A few harder movements, like pull-ups and the standing barbell overhead press, only appear once you confirm you’re ready for them.
Are there exercise videos?+
Demonstration videos are in production. Until a video is approved, each exercise shows “Exercise Demonstration Coming Soon” with full written instructions and coaching cues.
Is personal coaching included?+
No. Programs and All Access don’t include one-on-one coaching, messaging or form reviews. Private coaching with Patrick is separate and by application.
