Membership and Billing Terms

Current status
Nutrition, Training and Complete memberships are coming soon. They cannot currently be purchased, and joining the waitlist does not create a charge, subscription or trial.
Planned plans and pricing
Nutrition, Training and Complete membership pricing will be confirmed before launch. Prices will be in US dollars; the price and any applicable taxes shown at checkout apply.
No free trial
There is no free trial for digital programs or memberships.
Automatic renewal
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period using your saved payment method until cancelled. You will see the renewal price and date before purchase and in your account.
Upgrades and downgrades
If plan changes are offered, we will show the effective date and any charge or credit before you confirm a change. No prorated refund is available when you cancel a membership.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, we will notify you and retry payment up to three times over seven days. Paid access is suspended after the final failed attempt until payment is resolved.
Private coaching
Private coaching is separate from memberships. Investments begin at $1,000 per month with six- and twelve-month commitments. The payment schedule, financing (if any), cancellation and refund terms are set out in each client's signed coaching agreement.
