About the Founder
Patrick Neumiller
Founder & CEO — IronFit Industries · RARE + ELITE Coaching
RARE + ELITE Coaching was founded by Patrick Neumiller, founder of IronFit Industries and a gym owner and coach with more than a decade of experience. Patrick combines personalized training, nutrition guidance, accountability, and lifestyle development to help clients create lasting physical and personal transformation.
This is more than a workout plan. Every client receives the structure, strategy, support, and honest coaching needed to build an exceptional physique, strengthen their mindset, and raise the standard for every area of life.
Philosophy
Total transformation
Fitness alone doesn't hold. Lasting change touches how you think, lead, spend, believe and show up for the people who count on you.
Faith, authentically
Faith is part of Patrick's foundation and is shared openly — but never preachy, coercive or exclusionary. Every client is welcomed and respected, whatever they believe.
Standards over motivation
Motivation fades. RARE + ELITE is built on non-negotiable standards, structure and accountability that carry you when motivation won't.
