Fitness assessment and saved blueprints — DRAFT, pending owner and attorney review

What the assessment asks: your goal, training experience and current activity, available days and session length, gym access and equipment, training style, age range, yes/no safety questions (joint pain, injury or movement limitation, pregnancy or recent childbirth, heart and other medical conditions, medical supervision, eating disorders), and — only if you report a joint or injury limitation — follow-up questions about the affected area, the movements that aggravate it, how much it limits you, warning signs (such as recent trauma, instability, trouble bearing weight, swelling, nerve symptoms, constant pain or recent surgery) and whether a clinician has evaluated it and what they advised; whether a health condition affects your diet, and optional sex, height and weight, eating style, practical constraints, biggest challenge and a short note on your motivation. It does not ask for your name, email or phone number.

How it is used: your answers are run through fixed, written rules to produce your blueprint — training frequency and schedule, equipment notes, nutrition priorities and rough starting estimates. No AI is used, no person reviews unsaved answers, and the blueprint is general education, not medical advice. A reported injury or limitation does not by itself stop the assessment: manageable limitations produce a more cautious blueprint that marks exercises to hold, while warning signs, a severe limitation without clinician clearance, or a clinician's instruction not to train lead to a recommendation to seek medical evaluation and no self-guided recommendation. These rules weigh warning signs, how much the limitation affects daily life and training, when it started and any clinician advice together; a pain level alone never decides the outcome. They do not diagnose any condition.

If you don't save: your answers are processed to show your results and kept only in your browser tab's temporary storage, which is cleared when the tab closes. They are not stored on our servers.

If you choose to save (optional): saving requires two separate checkboxes — consent to store your assessment, and explicit consent to store limited health-related information. We store your non-health answers, your optional height and weight, and the resulting blueprint. We do not store your individual safety-screening answers or your answer about a diet-related health condition; we keep only a yes/no flag that tells us not to show calorie or protein numbers. If you reported a limitation, we keep only the affected area, the movements that aggravate it and whether it should be evaluated — not your warning-sign answers or severity details beyond mild or moderate. Injury answers are never included in usage counts or sent to analytics or advertising tools. Results that stopped at a safety question cannot be saved.

Private link: if you save without being signed in, we create a link containing a long random code generated by a secure random-number generator. We store only a one-way (hashed) version of the code, so we cannot recreate the link. Anyone with the link can view the blueprint, so keep it private. The link stops working after 90 days, or as soon as the blueprint is linked to an account. Your browser also remembers the code on that device so it can be linked when you sign in.

Linking to your account: if you sign in or create an account on the same device, open your private link while signed in, or confirm your email using the link sent after saving, the saved blueprint is attached to your account and the private link is turned off; after that, only you, signed in, can open it. If you save while signed in, it is attached directly and no link is created. Matching answers (goal, experience, schedule, equipment, height and weight) pre-fill your member setup so you don't answer twice. Your health screening and agreements are never pre-filled — you always answer those yourself.

Who can see it: you, and authorized RARE + ELITE administrators for support. Administrator reports show only aggregate counts, not individual answers. We do not sell assessment answers or use them for advertising, and they are not sent to advertising or analytics providers. Advertising and analytics tags, even if you have allowed them, are not run on assessment pages or on pages whose address contains a private link.

Deleting and retention: you can delete a saved blueprint at any time with "Delete my saved blueprint" or by emailing us. Deleting it does not change member-setup answers already pre-filled into your account; you can edit those in your account. Unlinked blueprints are deleted automatically when their 90-day link expires. Blueprints linked to an account are kept while the account is open and are deleted automatically when the account is deleted (see Deleting your account). We are not aware of any legal requirement to keep assessment answers, so they are not retained after deletion.

Usage counts: to see where the assessment is confusing, our own servers record which step was reached, completion, whether a safety stop occurred, and whether the results or checkout button was viewed. Each record uses a random number kept in your browser tab's temporary storage that is discarded when the tab closes. These records contain no answers, no name or email, and no advertising identifiers; we set no cookies for them and do not connect them to your account. They are deleted after 13 months. They run without asking for your choice under Cookies, because they are needed to operate and improve the assessment; you can avoid them by not using the assessment. Separately, the site keeps one random browser identifier in persistent browser storage to record your cookie choices, as described under Cookies.

Progress photos

Progress photos are private by default. We will never display them publicly or in marketing without your separate, written permission, which you may withdraw for future use at any time.

AI processing

When AI-assisted features are active, relevant information you provide may be processed by a third-party AI service solely to generate your recommendations. The specific provider and data handling must be confirmed before any such feature is made available to members.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as hosting, email delivery, scheduling and payment processing — under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Deleting your account — DRAFT, pending owner and attorney review

You can permanently delete your account from Billing in your member area, or by emailing us. If you have an active membership, cancel it first so you are not charged again.

What is deleted: your login, and your personal fitness information — saved assessments and blueprints, member setup and health-screening answers, fitness preferences and safety flags, training targets, workouts and set logs, daily logs, body measurements, pain reports, check-ins, form-check videos, progress photos and in-app notifications. This happens immediately, and an automatic check every few minutes completes anything that could not be removed at once, including when an administrator deletes an account.

What is kept, and why: payment, purchase, subscription and refund records, billing history, records of the agreements you accepted, and email-delivery logs are kept for seven years for tax, accounting, legal and fraud-prevention reasons. They are restricted to authorized administrators and are not used for marketing. Website usage records are kept only with your account link removed.

1-on-1 coaching clients: because coaching records are shared with your coach, deletion is handled on request through coach@rareandelite.com rather than self-service.

Applications and sales records: if you applied for coaching, your application and related sales notes are handled separately; email us to request their deletion.

Copies held by our service providers, such as backups, are removed on their normal schedules.

Retention

We retain transaction, agreement and legally required business records for seven years. We delete or anonymize other account information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, fraud-prevention and security requirements.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Send requests to coach@rareandelite.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or international law.

Cookies and tracking technologies — DRAFT, pending owner and attorney review

Necessary technologies (always on): small files and browser storage that keep you signed in, protect your account, run checkout and remember your cookie choices. The site cannot work without them.

Analytics (off unless you turn it on): if you allow it, we use Google Analytics and our own first-party event records to count visits, see which pages are useful, and keep campaign (UTM) tags from the link you arrived on through sign-up and checkout.

Marketing (off unless you turn it on): if you allow it, we use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. Completed purchases are recorded by our own servers from our payment provider's confirmation, not from your browser.

Your choices: when you first visit, you can accept all, reject nonessential technologies, or choose categories. Nothing nonessential loads before you choose. We save your choice, the categories, the time and the policy version against a random browser identifier, not your name or email.

Withdrawing consent: you can change or withdraw your choice any time using "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing stops nonessential technologies from loading and clears our stored visitor and campaign identifiers from your browser. It does not affect anything that happened before you withdrew.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and role-restricted administration to protect your information. No system is completely secure.

Children

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and safety screening stops onboarding for underage users.

Changes

We will post any updates on this page with a new effective date.
