Cancellation and Refund Policy

How to cancel a membership
Once memberships launch, you may cancel from your account or by emailing coach@rareandelite.com at any time before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the paid billing period. There are no prorated refunds.
Digital programs and membership refunds
Digital programs and membership payments are non-refundable once access is provided, except where required by law or when RARE + ELITE confirms a billing error. There are no prorated refunds when you cancel a recurring membership.
No free trial
There is no free trial to cancel.
Private coaching
Private coaching packages follow the cancellation and refund terms in the client's signed coaching agreement.
Safety pauses
If onboarding answers or later information indicate a program may not be safe for you, we may pause your access. Any refund is subject to this policy and applicable law; private coaching is governed by the client's signed coaching agreement.
Required by law
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law.
