The RARE + ELITE coaching platform is the private home for enrolled clients: workouts, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, check-ins and direct support. This website is for learning about coaching and applying.

Accepted clients receive onboarding instructions and access to their private client dashboard after enrollment. Already enrolled? Use the access instructions sent by Patrick or contact coach@rareandelite.com.
